Meet Rick.

I’ve spent more than 25 years bringing ideas to life across entertainment, live events, and digital media, including leading production at BET Networks and building teams that deliver under pressure.

Along the way, I’ve seen where time and creative energy get lost. Today, I bring that experience to AI workflows and software, building tools to make practical problems easier to solve.

My work includes creating and executive producing 106 & Park, serving as Vice President of Production at BET Networks, leading the Essence Festival livestream for Hulu / Disney, and executive producing the Black Women in Hollywood Awards for OWN / MAX.

More recently, I’ve designed AI workflows for founders and small teams, connecting research, content creation, review, and delivery.
